Moldova's official delegation to the USA had a meeting with representatives of major ICT companies. The dialogue was moderated by Melanie Marlett, World Bank Country Director in Moldova. Participants in the discussion were representatives of the companies "Google", "Hewlett Packard", "Fujitsu", "Oracle", "Gemalto", "Philips Medical".
Moldova's PM Vlad Filat said that ICT field in Moldova is just at its beginning, but has great prospects.
"The Government has initiated a comprehensive reform of all areas, including ICT. Our aim is to develop national economy and create conditions for attracting foreign investments", said Mr. Filat.
Prime Minister appreciated the Singapore availability to assist Moldova in this area.
