Touré, Secretary General of the International Telecommunication Union.

The Visoca boarding school pupils came to Chisinau to thank Dr. Hamadoun I. Touré for providing assistance in formation of a computer classroom in their school. This project was realized on the initiative of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication with the assistance of ITU and “Moldtelecom” national fixed-line telecommunication operator, which connected the Internet by means of optical fiber.
